Incest abuse is a horrible reality for so many. It's important that the issue is represented authentically and accurately in publications and productions to help educate others, gather support to end incest, and help survivors. Work with Jo. to ensure your publication or production: ~ Shares the complexity of incest abuse without sensationalizing or reducing the narrative. ~ Stays survivor-centered while representing both the personal and political sides of the issue. ~ Sets the issue alongside the intersections of other social justice problems like racism, ableism, sexism, sizeism, homophobia, transphobia, and xenophobia. ~ Includes the causes and consequences of incest to inspire social empathy.
